Shipping policy

Catholic Gladiator products are made to order and shipped directly from the facility that prints them. Orders are not held or batched - production begins as soon as your order is confirmed.

Production time

Every order goes through a production stage before it ships. This is in addition to the shipping time below.

Apparel - 2 to 5 business days
Posters and framed prints - 2 to 5 business days
Canvas and metal prints - 3 to 7 business days

Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin production the next business day. Production times can lengthen during Advent and Lent, when volume is highest.

Shipping time

Once your order leaves the facility:

United States - typically 3 to 5 business days
Canada - typically 6 to 10 business days
International - typically 10 to 20 business days

These are carrier estimates, not guarantees. Weather, customs, and carrier backlogs can extend them.

Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with tracking when it ships. If an order contains several items, they may be produced in different facilities and arrive in separate parcels on different days, at no extra cost to you. You will receive tracking for each parcel.

Shipping rates

Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and the items in your cart. Large-format canvas and metal prints ship at a higher rate than apparel because of their size and the protective packaging they require.

International orders, customs and duties

Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are set by the destination country and are not included in the price you pay at checkout. They are the responsibility of the recipient and are collected by the carrier or customs authority on delivery. We have no control over these charges and cannot estimate them in advance.

Orders refused at customs and returned to sender are refunded less shipping and any fees incurred.

Shipping addresses

Please check your address carefully before completing checkout. We can correct an address only before production begins. Orders returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address can be reshipped once you confirm the correct address, with a second shipping charge.
