This website is operated by Catholic Gladiator LLC. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Catholic Gladiator LLC. Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you.

1. Online store terms

2. Products and pricing

All products are made to order. Product images are representations; because items are printed individually, slight variations in colour, placement, and tone are normal and are not defects. Screen colour will not match printed colour exactly.

Prices are listed in United States dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any order, and to discontinue any product at any time.

3. Accuracy of billing and account information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. If we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you at the email address or billing address provided at the time the order was made.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store, and to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and payment details, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

4. Intellectual property

All artwork, illustrations, designs, logos, marks, photographs, and written content appearing on this website and on the products sold through it are the original work of Catholic Gladiator LLC or are used under licence, and are protected by United States and international copyright and trademark law.

Purchase of a product conveys ownership of the physical item only. It does not transfer any copyright, reproduction right, or licence in the underlying artwork. You may not reproduce, copy, scan, photograph for commercial use, print, redistribute, resell, or create derivative works from any Catholic Gladiator artwork or design without our prior written permission.

The name “Catholic Gladiator” and the CG helmet-and-cross mark are trademarks of Catholic Gladiator LLC.

Personal, non-commercial sharing of images of your purchased item - a photograph of a canvas on your wall, for instance - is welcome and encouraged.

5. Third-party fulfillment

Our products are produced and shipped by third-party print-on-demand partners. By placing an order you consent to the transfer of the information necessary to fulfill it - your name, shipping address, and order contents - to those partners for that purpose only. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Optional tools and third-party links

We may provide access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have control. You acknowledge that we provide access to such tools as is and as available, without any warranties or conditions of any kind.

You agree that the state and federal courts located in Brevard County, Florida shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of these Terms.
